Geffrey Francis (born 1964), known as Geff Francis, is a British actor from England renowned for roles such as Lynford in the 1988 film For Queen and Country and the eldest son Michael in the Channel 4 comedy Desmond's (1989–94) set in Peckham. He also starred in Zastrozzi, A Romance and appeared in The Singing Detective. On British television, Francis played Sergeant Viv James in the BBC series Ashes to Ashes and guest-starred in Doctor Who. Science fiction fans recognize him as Admiral Frantis Griss in Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker (2019).
