</p><p>No funds for SDI were included in the FAA 2018 budget request.<a class="footnote-ref" id="fnref:4" href="#fn:4"><sup>4</sup></a>
</p><p>In March 2018 the FAA initiated a Market Survey on the requirements for SDI.<a class="footnote-ref" id="fnref:5" href="#fn:5"><sup>5</sup></a>
