Musole has played for Chiparamba Breakthrough and ZESCO United FC in Zambia.1
Musole represented Zambia at the 2014 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.2 She capped at senior level on 28 November 2020 in a 1–0 friendly away win against Chile.3
On 2 July 2021, Musole was called up to the 23-player Zambia squad for the delayed 2020 Summer Olympics.4
On 3 July 2024, Musole was called up to the Zambia squad for the 2024 Summer Olympics.5
