<p>Professor Achilles Milo first appeared in <i><a href="/facts/Detective_Comics/Q98r4axD">Detective Comics</a></i> #247 and was created by <a href="/facts/Bill_Finger/uA711ds2">Bill Finger</a> and <a href="/facts/Sheldon_Moldoff/HMwqdE9k">Sheldon Moldoff</a>.

<p>Achilles Milo is a renowned <a href="/facts/Chemist/N09K7Bdm">chemist</a> and criminal. Throughout his appearances, he transforms <a href="/facts/Anthony_Lupus/pS7VM8L3">Anthony Lupus</a> into a werewolf, takes control of <a href="/facts/Arkham_Asylum/HuXrCF5h">Arkham Asylum</a>, obtains the Silver Wheel of Nyorlath, contributes to the creation of <a href="/facts/Batman/6ybzEQsH">Batman</a>'s <a href="/facts/Batman_of_Zur-En-Arrh/dmmK4ndd">Zur-En-Arrh</a> personality, and gives the <a href="/facts/Human_Flame/3ok58RPQ">Human Flame</a> innate pyrokinetic abilities.<a class="footnote-ref" id="fnref:1" href="#fn:1"><sup>1</sup></a>
