<li>Habitat: infralittoral of the Gulf and estuary</li>
<li>Reproduction: sexes are separate but are seldom conspicuously different externally, simultaneous hermaphrodites yet self-fertilization is prevented due to various morphological, physiological, or behavioral mechanisms; generally, marine gastropods shed their eggs</li></ul>
