In April 2024, it was reported that Tom Segura had self-financed a pilot episode for a series which had been subsequently sold to Netflix.6 In addition to leading the cast, Segura is the show's creator, director, and executive producer. Rami Hachache and Jeremy Konner also direct episodes. The producing team includes Segura, Konner, Hachache, Ryan Hall, Molly Mandel, Craig Gerard, and Matthew Zinman. The series is produced by Your Mom’s House. The cast includes Christina Pazsitzky.7
The series premiered on Netflix from May 13, 2025.8
