<h2 id="aquisition">Aquisition</h2> <p>After the acquisition by HP, the application was rebranded as HP Service Manager and was included in the <a href="/facts/HP_OpenView/wtAujYsV">HP OpenView</a> product suite. This front end can be tailored to business requirements for service request, incident and change ticket management.
