<h2 id="in-economy">In economy</h2> <p>In the <a href="/facts/Economy/okLWSsEY">economy</a>, the issuer is a legal entity, foundation, company, individual firm, national or foreign governments, investment companies or others that develop, register and then trade commercial securities to finance their operations.
