<h2 id="description">Description</h2> <p>Red Hat Gluster Storage, a <a href="/facts/Scale-out/jh7JomPa">scale-out</a> <a href="/facts/Network-attached_storage/ABVjy8Tn">NAS</a> product, uses as its basis <a href="/facts/GlusterFS/sVzz6ERY">GlusterFS</a>, a distributed file-system.
