This was presumably done to save time and money, as it was not known whether Netflix would renew the series. Exterior scenes for the second season's Offshore were filmed at the <a href="/facts/Inhotim/HeAxJIja">Inhotim Institute</a> in <a href="/facts/Brumadinho/MHRFCazC">Brumadinho</a>, <a href="/facts/Minas_Gerais/73LdwKnD">Minas Gerais</a>. Most of the scenes shot at Inhotim are concentrated in the central gardens – especially in the place where the statue of the "Founding Couple" stands, inserted using <a href="/facts/Computer-generated_imagery/ThJ2gh1X">CGI</a>.
