<h2 id="early-life-and-education">Early life and education</h2> <p>Inglis was born in <a href="/facts/Baltimore%2c_Maryland/ncJvTzBU">Baltimore, Maryland</a> on 29 October 1954. He graduated from <a href="/facts/Andover_High_School_(Maryland)/541PBrdu">Andover High School</a>, Linthicum in 1972.
