<p>In 1934, Longbranch was linked by <a href="/facts/Steilacoom-Anderson_Island_Ferry/mdpveLj3">ferry service</a> with <a href="/facts/Steilacoom,_Washington/tW9Q164N">Steilacoom</a>, <a href="/facts/Anderson_Island_(Washington)/JHLFk55E">Anderson</a> and <a href="/facts/McNeil_Island/TGTma7NI">McNeil</a> islands.<a class="footnote-ref" id="fnref:2" href="#fn:2"><sup>2</sup></a>  The ferry continues in operation, but no longer connects to Longbranch.
