<h2 id="strategy-pattern-renaming">Strategy pattern renaming</h2>
<p>It has been argued that the provider model is merely another name for the already existing <a href="/facts/Strategy_pattern/064GYCe2">strategy pattern</a>, and that this should, therefore, be the preferred terminology for describing the design pattern at hand.<a class="footnote-ref" id="fnref:1" href="#fn:1"><sup>1</sup></a>
