<h2 id="early-life">Early life</h2> <p>Rowan was born October 26, 1965, in <a href="/facts/Ottawa,_Ontario/x5FkqX7F">Ottawa, Ontario</a>,<a class="footnote-ref" id="fnref:2" href="#fn:2"><sup>2</sup></a><a class="footnote-ref" id="fnref:3" href="#fn:3"><sup>3</sup></a> and is a graduate of <a href="/facts/Toronto/cnXH7881">Toronto</a>'s <a href="/facts/Northern_Secondary_School_(Toronto)/aacGgwj2">Northern Secondary School</a>.
