<p>David "Corky" Calhoun (born November 1, 1950) is an American former professional <a href="/facts/Basketball/M5pl4Pzo">basketball</a> player. Calhoun played in the NBA from 1972 to 1980 after playing <a href="/facts/College_basketball/RKfLFya3">college basketball</a> for the <a href="/facts/Penn_Quakers_men%2527s_basketball/DPancf1G">Penn Quakers</a>. Calhoun was the first-round selection (4th overall) of the <a href="/facts/Phoenix_Suns/v0IL9RfG">Phoenix Suns</a> in the <a href="/facts/1972_NBA_draft/vHSXWzKX">1972 NBA draft</a>. He won an <a href="/facts/NBA_championship/g7eM52sf">NBA championship</a> as a member of the 1976–1977 <a href="/facts/Portland_Trail_Blazers/BuWESANu">Portland Trail Blazers</a>. </p>
