<p>In <a href="/facts/Compiler_theory/WNfCDFJe">compiler theory</a>, the Banerjee test is a <a href="/facts/Dependence_analysis/4d0geS3g">dependence test</a>. The Banerjee test assumes that all loop indices are independent, however in reality, this is often not true. The Banerjee test is a conservative test.
