<p>The lumbosacral trunk is nervous tissue that connects the <a href="/facts/Lumbar_plexus/4zWPwWdb">lumbar plexus</a> with the <a href="/facts/Sacral_plexus/6HVyBl1m">sacral plexus</a>. It is formed by the union of parts of the <a href="/facts/Lumbar_nerves/ex4CuayR">fourth and fifth lumbar nerves</a> and descends to join the sacral plexus. </p>
