<p>Neville Moray (May 27, 1935 – 15 December 2017) was a British-born Canadian psychologist. He served as an academic and professor at the Department of Psychology of the <a href="/facts/University_of_Surrey/cJdmCo4Y">University of Surrey</a>, known from his 1959 research of the <a href="/facts/Cocktail_party_effect/qnGLrtpr">cocktail party effect</a>. </p>
