<p>An allocation site is the <a href="/facts/Function_(programming)/9vFJrg0A">method</a>, in <a href="/facts/Object-oriented_programming/TxNMEcao">Object-oriented programming</a>, in which a particular <a href="/facts/Object_(programming)/eX99dtAw">object</a> is created. For example, if a method creates a new object <i>Test</i> it is considered an allocation site for that object. </p>
