The head office is located in Northcliffe House in <a href="/facts/Kensington/lLlKcGIl">Kensington</a>, <a href="/facts/London/KozCCsy9">London</a>. In January 2022, DMGT delisted from the <a href="/facts/London_Stock_Exchange/V2AbyhM5">London Stock Exchange</a> following a successful offer for DMGT by Rothermere Continuation Limited. </p>
