It was first introduced in 1987 by the <a href="/facts/Colt%2527s_Manufacturing_Company/zXuVKYTP">Colt's Manufacturing Company</a>. </p><p>The Delta Elite is credited as being the first firearm produced by a major manufacturer to chamber the 10mm. </p>
