Mandibular prominence

<p>The mandibular prominence, or mandibular process is an embryological structure which gives rise to the lower portion of the face. </p><p>The <a href="/facts/Human_mandible/1ATEfAQa">mandible</a> and <a href="/facts/Lower_lip/cUlpthmx">lower lip</a> derive from it.
