It is taken <a href="/facts/Oral_administration/vNQcvLVx">by mouth</a>. It is a <a href="/facts/PARP_inhibitor/e0Nfu55P">PARP inhibitor</a>.

Niraparib was approved for medical use in the United States and in the European Union in 2017.
