Hardy–Ramanujan–Littlewood circle method

It is named for <a href="/facts/G._H._Hardy/zBkDLb05">G. H. Hardy</a>, <a href="/facts/S._Ramanujan/HBPr4bzd">S. Ramanujan</a>, and <a href="/facts/J._E._Littlewood/guVFHXYA">J. E. Littlewood</a>, who developed it in a series of papers on <a href="/facts/Waring%27s_problem/Qq5My8wy">Waring's problem</a>. </p>
