Located on the state's border with <a href="/facts/Pennsylvania/HGqC5bBm">Pennsylvania</a>, East Palestine is about 20 miles (32 km) south of <a href="/facts/Youngstown%2c_Ohio/ARwnvGdu">Youngstown</a> and 40 miles (64 km) northwest of <a href="/facts/Pittsburgh/42yPHyS0">Pittsburgh</a>.
