<p>The Joint University Programmes Admissions System (<a href="/facts/Traditional_Chinese_characters/bBFLkuz7">Chinese</a>: 大學聯合招生辦法), commonly known as JUPAS (聯招), is a centralised admissions system for full-time undergraduate programmes in <a href="/facts/Hong_Kong/4nAf3mqQ">Hong Kong</a>. As of the 2017 admission cycle, JUPAS covers all government-funded degrees and sub-degree programmes offered by institutions under the <a href="/facts/University_Grants_Committee_(Hong_Kong)/1WC9a5sf">University Grants Committee</a> (UGC), as well as most other full-time degree programmes provided by higher education <a href="/facts/List_of_universities_in_Hong_Kong/dRHsJJ2h">institutions in Hong Kong</a>. </p>
