<p>MIR-2 is the version of the <a href="/facts/MIR_(computer)/fml5XG4q">MIR</a> computer developed by the Institute of Cybernetics of the <a href="/facts/National_Academy_of_Sciences_of_Ukraine/x4KnPPFH">Academy of Sciences</a> of <a href="/facts/Ukrainian_Soviet_Socialist_Republic/MAxGCkwN">Ukrainian SSR</a> under the guidance of <a href="/facts/Victor_Glushkov/5CH9CWNc">Victor Glushkov</a>. It was first produced in 1969. </p>
