The current <a href="/facts/Tram_system/gSaKExyR">tram system</a> in Rome, is a leftover from what once was the largest tram system in Italy. The system is owned and operated by <i>Azienda Tranvie e Autobus del Comune di Roma</i> (<a href="/facts/ATAC_Rome/MW5BgJs2">ATAC</a> <a href="/facts/Societ%C3%A0_per_Azioni/Hhj9kHlL">SpA</a>). </p>
