The orbiting of IMP satellites in a variety of interplanetary and <a href="/facts/Earth/HLLmDfj0">earth</a> orbits allowed study of spatial and temporal relationships of geophysical and interplanetary phenomena simultaneously by several other <a href="/facts/NASA/TIMCV0yV">NASA</a> satellites. </p>
