Molinism

<p>Molinism, named after 16th-century Spanish <a href="/facts/Jesuit/n0PeYBB8">Jesuit</a> theologian <a href="/facts/Luis_de_Molina/rKmqXzVS">Luis de Molina</a>, is the thesis that God has middle knowledge (or <i>scientia media</i>): the knowledge of <a href="/facts/Counterfactual_conditional/GdfYSv1k">counterfactuals</a>, particularly counterfactuals regarding human action.
