<p>Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), formerly College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar (CETB), is a public unitary technical university under the state government of Odisha located in <a href="/facts/Bhubaneswar/IPgpYJ0B">Bhubaneswar</a>, the capital of <a href="/facts/Odisha/ofAWpAgu">Odisha</a>, <a href="/facts/India/1kKHcnxM">India</a>. It was established in 1981, by Government of Orissa, as a constituent college of <a href="/facts/Odisha_University_of_Agriculture_and_Technology/AaaoYMur">Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology</a>. Students are admitted to the college through the Joint Entrance Examination (main) merit list of Government of India. The Institute is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. The <a href="/facts/Government_of_Odisha/W0kpGEm4">Government of Odisha</a> has granted unitary university status. </p>
