Bat algorithm

<p>The Bat algorithm is a <a href="/facts/Metaheuristic/ECF71Rez">metaheuristic</a> algorithm for <a href="/facts/Global_optimization/nksWlDqU">global optimization</a>. It was inspired by the echolocation behaviour of <a href="/facts/Microbats/3RYvdSpy">microbats</a>, with varying pulse rates of emission and loudness. The Bat algorithm was developed by <a href="/facts/Xin-She_Yang/0Tq4UWQD">Xin-She Yang</a> in 2010. </p>
