<p><i>Compagopiscis</i> is an <a href="/facts/Extinct/24p5NP2q">extinct</a> <a href="/facts/Genus/m8EFjSms">genus</a> of <a href="/facts/Placodermi/kknCSuQ7">placoderm</a> known from the <a href="/facts/Gogo_Formation/Wn4SNDl2">Gogo Formation</a>. It lived in the <a href="/facts/Devonian/nWgakqzk">Upper Devonian</a> (<a href="/facts/Frasnian/A20Pj5QJ">Frasnian</a> stage) of <a href="/facts/Western_Australia/1ouCbwNh">Western Australia</a>. The genus is <a href="/facts/Monotypic_taxon/QvoM9aGP">monotypic</a>, with its only species being <i>Compagopiscis croucheri</i>. </p>
