It employs an <a href="/facts/Adjutant/3nTtIkKl">adjutant</a> officer, as well as assistants, in almost every unit, as well as a liaison officer in reserve units, who is responsible for the manpower aspect of the unit, as well as attending to the reservists' individual needs. </p>
