Bhapa/Bhakka is considered to be a traditional winter dish in Bangladesh. It is a steamed rice cake made out of freshly ground rice flour. The filling is composed of coconut and date <a href="/facts/Molasses/N8kE2HfI">molasses</a>. Molasses can be substituted with brown sugar or jaggery. </p>
