<p>Future Attribute Screening Technology (FAST) is a program created by the <a href="/facts/Department_of_Homeland_Security/jwz5gLfa">Department of Homeland Security</a>. It was originally titled <a href="/facts/Project_Hostile_Intent/oV8C6Lzr">Project Hostile Intent</a>. The purpose is to detect "Mal Intent" by screening people for "psychological and physiological indicators" in a "Mobile Screening Laboratory". </p>
