It is based in <a href="/facts/Saint-Cloud/tUDkkDWF">Saint-Cloud</a>, near <a href="/facts/Paris/DrNHpwnA">Paris</a>, <a href="/facts/France/CxIeIKM3">France</a>. The organisation has been referred to as IBWM (from its name in English) in older literature. </p>
