<p>ShopHQ (formerly ValueVision, ShopNBC, Evine Live, and Evine) is an American <a href="/facts/Cable_television/GzXa4pbW">cable</a>, <a href="/facts/Satellite_television/UxytxnPW">satellite</a> and <a href="/facts/Terrestrial_television/3nTUr9cY">broadcast</a> <a href="/facts/Home_shopping/lVvr5vzw">home shopping</a> <a href="/facts/Television_network/xq32nKxz">television network</a> and multi-channel video retailer owned by iMedia Brands Inc., whose assets were acquired by IV Media on August 16, 2023.
</p><p>After being sold to its current owners, the network began to wind down several operations, along with its carriage on cable and satellite systems for what turned out to be an unsuccessful shift to <a href="/facts/Social_media/kUIkfpIA">social media</a> live feeds of products. The network abruptly stopped all operations on April 17, 2025, several weeks after departing its largest presence on <a href="/facts/Spectrum_(brand)/oQakmjws">Spectrum</a>, and though its website remains up and active, the company has filed a <a href="/facts/Worker_Adjustment_and_Retraining_Notification_Act_of_1988/PHKYK22f">WARN notice</a> notifying the <a href="/facts/Minnesota_Department_of_Employment_and_Economic_Development/Ifq26XCb">Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development</a> that it intends to wind down its operations at its <a href="/facts/Eden_Prairie%2c_Minnesota/PtyMgAe3">Eden Prairie, Minnesota</a> headquarters by the end of June 2025 and layoff around 200 workers.
