As a main <a href="/facts/Phytochemical/Txrr3QVx">phytochemical</a> of oleander, oleandrin is associated with the <a href="/facts/Toxicity/qa96rs60">toxicity</a> of oleander sap, and has similar properties to <a href="/facts/Digoxin/JEHbskXq">digoxin</a>. Oleandrin and other oleander chemicals are potentially toxic to the heart, liver, and kidneys.
