The drive is named Apple 871 in service documentation, based on its approximate formatted storage capacity in <a href="/facts/Kilobyte/jIe6t4yv">kilobytes</a>, but is most commonly known by their <a href="/facts/Codename/MRq0mo4b">codename</a> Twiggy, after the famously thin 1960s <a href="/facts/Fashion_model/MbCN8xJz">fashion model</a> named <a href="/facts/Twiggy/MmcXKrYc">Twiggy</a>. </p>
