It follows <a href="/facts/Nick_Fury_(Marvel_Cinematic_Universe)/bBg0EBvD">Nick Fury</a> trying to prevent a <a href="/facts/Skrull/PnaQK9Ih">Skrull</a> insurgency following a rebel faction, led by Gravik, staging an explosion in <a href="/facts/Moscow/XUU6VkdY">Moscow, Russia</a>. The episode is set in the <a href="/facts/Marvel_Cinematic_Universe/hHxMRNbp">Marvel Cinematic Universe</a> (MCU), sharing continuity with <a href="/facts/List_of_Marvel_Cinematic_Universe_films/tEhe0NFS">the films of the franchise</a>. It was written by <a href="/facts/Brian_Tucker_(screenwriter)/JJ1HxNWG">Brian Tucker</a> and Brant Englestein, and directed by <a href="/facts/Ali_Selim/6zaFAT9p">Ali Selim</a>. </p><p><a href="/facts/Samuel_L._Jackson/GNzU91F4">Samuel L.
